Refund Policy

Cancellations by the Customer are governed by this schedule, calculated from the scheduled event start time:

  • More than 7 days before the event: 100% refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees imposed by Stripe.
  • Between 48 hours and 7 days before the event: 90% refund.
  • Less than 48 hours before the event: 50% refund.

Cancellations by the Vendor entitle the Customer to a full refund.

Evntbl will process approved refunds within seven (7) business days of confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

For disputes about services rendered (vendor didn't show, vendor substantially failed to deliver), Customers may open a dispute within seven (7) days of the event through the Platform. Evntbl reviews disputes in good faith and may issue partial or full refunds at its discretion.
