Evntbl is built by one person. I'm Aaron — solo founder, based in LA, building the planner replacement I wished existed.

Here's what I saw: LA has a deep vendor bench. World-class DJs, photographers, caterers, florists. But between the vendor and the host sits a planner charging $2,000–$15,000 to do what's essentially coordination work. That work is real — timelines, confirmations, day-of logistics — but it's also increasingly automatable.

Evntbl is the bet that AI coordination plus a vetted marketplace plus Stripe escrow can deliver what a planner delivers, at a fraction of the cost, funded by vendors instead of hosts.

We're LA-only by design. Private events are hyper-local — vendor relationships, venue logistics, last-minute substitutions all require local density. We'd rather be the default platform in one city than spread thin across five.
